UPDATE: Oct. 10, 2016, 3:09 p.m. EDT Updated with a comment from a source close to Ivanka Trump's company.
On more than one occasion, Donald Trump's relationship with his daughter Ivanka has caused some serious confusion.
In the past, Trump has been extremely open about his daughter's beauty, and in a 2004 interview with Howard Stern, the Republican candidate officially gave the radio personality permission to refer to her as "a piece of ass."

She recently jumped on Twitter and liked a Huffington Postarticle entitled, "Trump in 2004: It's OK to call daughter Ivanka a 'piece of ass'."
The rather interesting "like" was first spotted by CNN's Andrew Kaczynski.

The article that Trump's daughter liked on Twitter also references some confusing comments Trump made about her during a 2006 interview onThe View. When Trump was asked how he would feel if his daughter appeared in Playboy magazine, his response was perplexing to say the least.
"It would be really disappointing — not really — but it would depend on what’s inside the magazine," he said. "I don’t think Ivanka would do that, although she does have a very nice figure. I’ve said if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her."
