最近這段時間 ，中超主帅許多中超球隊約戰打熱身比賽 ，各队但申花一直按兵不動 。纷纷即便下周中與上海01全運會的约战有妙教學賽 ，主教練崔康熙隻會派年輕隊員出戰 。申花
從1月25日結束冬歇期 ，按兵重新在康橋基地集結開始 ，不动申花的崔康冬訓備戰已經持續了一個多月。通常情況下 ，熙自經過這麽長時間的中超主帅訓練 ，隊員的各队體能儲備已經沒有問題 ，完全可以打熱身比賽，纷纷以提升狀態 ，约战有妙不過崔康熙有著自己的申花計劃。
據了解，按兵按照崔康熙的打算 ，聯賽開賽前一個月是球隊備戰的衝擊準備期 ，這段時間他要安排數場熱身賽，讓隊員逐步找到比賽的節奏和感覺，進入比賽的狀態 。新賽季的中超聯賽基本上將於4月20日開戰 ，因此崔康熙目前並不急於讓隊員去打熱身賽 。
考慮到單純的備戰訓練 ，隊員們比較容易出現疲憊感 ，崔康熙特意安排了一些帶有趣味性的活動 。上周末進行的“上海申花足排球大賽”很受隊員們的歡迎 ，崔康熙就安排昨天下午的訓練課為第二場“上海申花足排球大賽”，俱樂部還進行現場直播 ，讓比賽變得更刺激 。申花隊員表示 ，“雖說崔指導年紀上比我們大很多 ，但他還是蠻懂我們的 。單純的訓練比較枯燥 ，時間長了效果也不一定好 ，崔指導安排足排球的比賽，可以調節調節 ，感覺挺好的 。”
