Sure, you may have had a hard time adjusting to the dongle/AirPods lifestyle ever since the iPhone 7 came out this fall. But now that you and your 7 have gotten to know each other, you're feeling confident that this is the phone you want to commit to (for the next year, at least).

And as an adult in the year 2016, you probably have a bunch of old iPhones laying around. And if you're anything like us, you probably want to get rid of them.

So, in the spirit of upcycling, here are 15 fun ideas for what to do with all the dumb old iPhones you have laying around.

1. Make a house of cards but out of iPhones.

2. Wave one in front of a toddler's face to stop it from crying.

3. Tape one over your computer's webcam.

4. Call yourself and pretend you have friends.

5. Play a different song from each phone to see what songs sound good mixed together.

6. Tie one to a balloon and FaceTime it to see where it travels.

7. Make tiny computers for the mice that live in your walls.

8. Glue an iPhone to the outer wall of a building in a busy location. Put a gif of a spooky ghost on the screen, so people walking by think there is a ghost haunting them.

9. Download Tinder on each phone, make fantasy accounts for your dream partners, match with them, and fool yourself into thinking they're real.

10. Hide one in a frenemy's house with the ringer on loud and call it a lot to confuse them.

11. Re-gift the iPhones – but don't erase any of your data. The real gift here is not the hardware but the glimpse into your glamorous life.

12. Set an alarm to go off on each iPhone at the time you should wake up for work. Hide the phones around your apartment to ensure you get out of bed on time.

13. Make it rain iPhones instead of money.

14. Post an ad selling them on Craigslist, and ask potential buyers to meet up with you at a Starbucks. When they enter the Starbucks, (carefully) shoot the phones out of a t-shirt gun at them.

15. Pretend to find one of the iPhones on the ground in front of a large group of people you want to impress. Loudly exclaim, "I'm going to do everything I can to find this iPhone's rightful owner!" Then, exit the scene to the sound of applause like the good samaritan you are.
