北京時間11月3日 ，阿媒據阿根廷媒體《號角報》報道稱 ，名医有7名醫護人員被指控涉嫌謀殺馬拉多納，护人他們被法院傳喚 ，员涉該案將在當地時間下周一開庭審理 。嫌谋
這7名醫護人員分別是杀马神經外科醫生盧克 、精神病學專家奧古斯蒂娜-科薩喬夫 、拉多心理學專家卡洛斯-安赫爾 、纳下協調醫師南希-福爾林、周开護士協調員馬裏亞諾-佩洛尼 ，阿媒以及兩名護士裏卡多-奧馬爾和達亞娜-吉塞拉 。名医當地時間下周一早上9時，护人該案將開庭審理 ，员涉這7名醫護人員已經被法院傳喚並被收集指紋，嫌谋同時接受相關調查 。杀马
據此前媒體報道稱 ，阿根廷檢方發現 ，負責馬拉多納健康的醫療團隊工作輕率魯莽 ，沒有給馬拉多納提供適當和足夠的照料，根據阿根廷相關法律法規，這7名醫護人員涉嫌因間接意圖導致他人死亡 ，有可能麵臨8至25年的監禁 。此外，馬拉多納前律師莫拉近日表示 ，馬拉多納的死亡是醫療事故 。
馬拉多納於2020年11月25日去世 ，享年60歲 。今年10月30日 ，是馬拉多納61歲誕辰 ，他的女兒和兒子相繼在社交媒體上發文緬懷這位阿根廷球王 。
