出生在蘇裏南的鲁伊轮踢門佐 ，球員時代司職門將 ，夫忠曾為阿賈克斯效力10年 ，徒下出場超過300場 ，足球佐克浙江贏得過9座獎杯 ，包括荷甲冠軍 、優勝者杯冠軍和聯盟杯冠軍 。在荷蘭國家隊 ，門佐曾以第三門將身份參加過1990年世界杯和1992年歐洲杯 。足球理念上 ，門佐是克魯伊夫全攻全守戰術的忠實信徒 ，是門將在禁區內控球甚至衝出禁區發動進攻的先驅 。
