今年31歲的签约埃爾南·桑塔納來自西班牙，是西班一名經驗豐富的後場多麵手。埃爾南曾先後效力於拉斯帕爾瑪斯 、牙后印超希洪競技 ，卫桑在西甲 、塔纳西乙以及西班牙國王杯等各項賽事中累計出場164次。进球2020年 ，川牛出场次打埃爾南租借加盟印度超級聯賽球隊孟買城，官宣此後加盟東北聯，签约近兩個賽季印超累計出場36次 ，西班打進3球 ，牙后印超並送出2次助攻 。卫桑
