10月16日 ，中国主帅足协中國女足國家隊主教練選聘麵試工作在中國足協進行 ，女足經過資格審核和專家組討論 ，竞聘结束将官曾擔任女足U16國少隊主教練的面试陳婉婷 、現任女甲聯賽陝西女足主教練的未周前國腳劉華娜 、廣州城隊領隊前國腳肇俊哲 、中国主帅足协前中國女足主教練張海濤 、女足女足U20國家隊主教練王軍等5人進入麵試考核環節 。竞聘结束将官原武漢車都江大女足主教練劉麟目前持有A級教練員證書 ，面试未能達到報名條件的未周第二條要求（職業級教練員資格證書），最終未進入16日的中国主帅足协麵試考核環節 。
這次中國女足主教練候選人的女足麵試階段分為候選人陳述和考官問答兩個方麵 。首先是竞聘结束将官候選人通過PPT陳述其執教理念、組隊思路 、面试個人優勢；概括闡述世界女子足球發展趨勢 、未周分析目前亞洲及世界女子足球主要對手的情況；介紹中國女足參加亞洲杯 、世界杯 、亞運會 、奧運會的目標及備戰思路 。
據了解 ，在5名候選人麵試結束後 ，麵試考核組將對5人進行綜合打分，隨後將打分情況按程序逐級匯報 ，最後中國足協根據打分情況作出最後的決定 。據悉 ，官宣時間將在未來一周左右 。（足球報）
