7.番茄切成1CM左右的小方丁;蘆筍刨去根部老皮;牛油果切半去核;

8.蘆筍放切段後放開水燙熟,切成1CM左右的段;

9.取一大碗 ,將處理好的牛排丁、番茄丁 、牛油果丁和蘆筍丁一起加入,放入用橄欖油、鹽 和果醋一起調製好的油醋汁 ,拌勻即可;

10.將拌勻的沙拉裝入牛油果殼內,上麵點綴些紅黑魚籽即可 。
