3.待一麵煎至金黃後再翻麵煎熟即可 ，我習慣給我女兒做全熟，冷丁大家按自己喜好來掌握；
4.牛排煎好後切成1CM左右的小方丁，然後撒少許黑胡椒顆粒；
5.番茄洗淨後 ，放火上烤一下去皮（按需這一步可以省略的果西）；
6.食材準備 ，牛排如果是冷丁冷凍的應提前室溫自然解凍；
7.番茄切成1CM左右的小方丁；蘆筍刨去根部老皮；牛油果切半去核；
8.蘆筍放切段後放開水燙熟 ，切成1CM左右的段；
9.取一大碗 ，將處理好的牛排丁、番茄丁 、牛油果丁和蘆筍丁一起加入 ，放入用橄欖油 、鹽 和果醋一起調製好的油醋汁 ，拌勻即可；
10.將拌勻的沙拉裝入牛油果殼內，上麵點綴些紅黑魚籽即可 。
