8.蘆筍放切段後放開水燙熟，切成1CM左右的段；
9.取一大碗 ，將處理好的牛排丁、番茄丁、牛油果丁和蘆筍丁一起加入 ，放入用橄欖油 、鹽 和果醋一起調製好的油醋汁 ，拌勻即可；
10.將拌勻的沙拉裝入牛油果殼內 ，上麵點綴些紅黑魚籽即可 。
