阿蘭是队合此前一天的訓練中 ，心肺能力出現了一些反應，国足為了保護球員 ，伤病教練安排阿蘭跟隨康複師單獨進行體能恢複 。员突因身应缺訓練開始前 ，增人李鐵還專門找阿蘭和郭田雨兩人在球場中心進行了單獨的阿兰交流 。應該說 ，体反對於即將開始的席全12強賽的比賽 ，阿蘭的反擊速度是中國隊非常倚重的一張王牌 。
從訓練的情況來看 ，阿蘭的反應還比較輕鬆，一邊跟隨康複師慢跑 ，一邊跟身邊的郭田雨說說笑笑 ，走到攝像機鏡頭前時，還開心地揮手致意 。另外值得一提的是 ，阿蘭的中文水平提高很快 ，已經能夠與記者用簡單的中文進行交流 。
加上阿蘭在內，目前國家隊有三名傷員 ，郭田雨和王秋明兩人依舊在積極康複當中 ，從訓練的情況來看 ，郭田雨接近痊愈 ，已經開始動球 ，訓練開始前 ，與金敬道兩人還進行了一些傳球練習 。王秋明恢複速度稍慢 ，目前訓練還是以慢跑為主 。（搜狐體育 裴力）
