該病多因風濕熱邪侵入肌膚而成 。證見患處皮膚潮紅 ，糜爛，瘙癢不止 ，搔破滋水淋漓 ，浸淫麵不斷擴大，皮內似蟲行 。治宜清熱除濕殺蟲 。內可用除濕胃苓湯加味 。外用蛇床子散麻油調敷;或用蘆薈30克 、炙甘草15克研細末外撒 。相當於急性濕疹 、皮炎之類 。
