北京時間12月23日，據《太陽報》報道，战铁在聯賽杯熱刺VS西漢姆聯的锤爆处骚比賽開賽前，雙方球迷爆發了大規模的发多防暴衝突，有球迷滿臉浴血，乱球脸血也有球迷在爭鬥中被擊昏。迷满警方表態將對此事件展開深入調查。警介

本場比賽的開球並沒有因為場外的球迷騷亂而被延遲，最終熱刺2-1淘汰西漢姆晉級4強。
