在這份榜單中 ，若鸟梅西以92.5分的第胜評分位居首位 ，也是评球唯一一位評分超過90分的球員 。在梅西的员榜身後，則是梅西本賽季狀態火爆的萊萬多夫斯基 ，波蘭人的評分達到89.5分 。而出乎很多人意料的是，切爾西中場若日尼奧與萊萬並列第二 。此外，曼城中衛魯本-迪亞斯排名第四 ，第五的則為尤文球星C羅 。
針對這份榜單 ，《足球天文台》解釋道：“《足球天文台》運用了一種特殊的觀測方法 ，來對球員們的表現進行比較和打分 。”
