蓮子百合淮山湯
原料:
蓮子100克、瘦肉400克 、合淮淮山400克 、山汤蘭州百合一包(4個)、莲百薑一塊
做法:
1 、合淮瘦肉洗淨切塊,山汤飛水待用,淮山去皮切塊;2、蓮子、百合洗淨,砂煲下8碗水 ,加薑片、瘦肉、蓮子、淮山 ,大火燒開轉小火60分鍾,加入百合2分鍾,加鹽調味既可(鮮百合很快熟幷容易碎,所以最後才加進去) 。
