蓮子百合淮山湯
原料:
蓮子100克、瘦肉400克、合淮淮山400克、山汤蘭州百合一包(4個)、莲百薑一塊
做法:
1、合淮瘦肉洗淨切塊 ,山汤飛水待用,淮山去皮切塊;2 、蓮子 、百合洗淨 ,砂煲下8碗水,加薑片 、瘦肉、蓮子、淮山,大火燒開轉小火60分鍾 ,加入百合2分鍾 ,加鹽調味既可(鮮百合很快熟幷容易碎,所以最後才加進去)。
