白糖芝麻茶配方：白砂糖100克 ，蜂蜜50克 ，咽喉有白白芝麻100克 ，痰该茶葉25克 。治疗將白糖和茶葉用沸水衝泡5分鍾，待能拉絲時 ，倒入炒黃的白芝麻攔勻，然後扣在抹過油的麵板上 ，壓成片 ，切塊含食 。

蜂蜜茶配方 ：茶葉 、蜂蜜各適量。將茶葉用紗布袋裝好 ，置於杯中 ，用沸水泡茶，涼後用蜂蜜攪勻，每隔半小時 ，用此液漱口並咽下 。
百合綠豆冰糖 ：百合 、綠豆 、冰糖各25克 。加水煮熟爛成糖湯 ，候溫食用 ，每日2次。

取橄欖兩枚 ，綠茶1g ，將橄欖連核切成兩半，與綠茶同放入杯中 ，衝入開水，加蓋悶5分鍾後飲用 。
生梨青果茶配方 ：生梨1個 ，青果3枚 。用法：將生梨去皮切碎 ，用白糖漬半小時 ，再加搗爛的青果3枚 ，衝入開水涼後 ，當茶緩慢咽下。
