1.海鯇肉
2.海鯇肉切大塊 ，用鹽 ，叶煎雞粉稍醃
3.紫蘇葉切細絲，薑蔥蒜切粒 ，紫苏香菜切小段
4.把調料裏的的材料除鹽外混合待用
5.在海鯇肉兩麵灑上生粉
6.燒熱鍋 ，下油
7.把灑上生粉的海鯇肉下鍋
8.煎至兩麵稍金黃
9.放入薑蒜粒
10.加入備好的調味汗
11.放入紫蘇葉細絲，加蓋稍焗一下
12.上碟 ，放入蔥 ，叶煎香菜 ，海鲩惹味啊
