5.在海鯇肉兩麵灑上生粉
6.燒熱鍋，下油
7.把灑上生粉的海鯇肉下鍋
8.煎至兩麵稍金黃
9.放入薑蒜粒
10.加入備好的調味汗
11.放入紫蘇葉細絲 ，加蓋稍焗一下
12.上碟 ，放入蔥 ，叶煎香菜 ，海鲩惹味啊
