3.21辣醬用少許水分稀釋加入少許鹽胡椒粉 。
4.鍋裏倒入橄欖油之後放薑蔥炒出味來 。
5.然後把魚放到鍋裏開始煎 。
6.薑蔥取出繼續把魚煎幹 。
7.魚煎好之後盛起 ，油鍋不用洗直接將調好的辣汁辣汁以有煎香了的薑蔥一起倒入到鍋裏煮沸 。
8.醬汁淋到煎好的魚上麵 。
