杜聞偉曾任萬達影業副總 、闻伟浙江影視集團副總 ，家协參與操作《智取威虎山》、中华传化影《烈日灼心》 、统文《捉妖記》等影片 ，响传是播委國內資深的影視專家 、製作人 。副主

會上還啟動了多個傳統文化影像項目 ，闻伟第二屆《全民美育-詩歌的家协樣子》聲畫中外巡展 、《美麗中國行-主題文藝影像展示活動》、《匠的範兒》十場傳統文化匠心製作映客直播活動、電視節目《美食地圖》上線等項目進行了全球啟動儀式。
