團隊足球需要精神 ，修远兮吾下但僅靠精神去踢 ，将上是求索遠遠不夠的 。現在的我們就是一支年輕的隊伍 ，很多年輕的球員也需要拿出更多的能力來證明自己 ，但確實是需要時間 ，需要更多高質量比賽機會來提高自己 。
