1.1調個汁 ：一點生抽 ，幾滴香油，做法加點糖和一小勺老幹媽風味豆豉 ，豉汁撒點黑胡椒碎 ，培根再加一點點水 。金针卷
2.2金針菇剪掉根部洗幹淨 ，1塊培根能卷2個 ，卷好後用牙簽固定住 。1包金針菇一共卷了8個 ，用了4塊培根 。
3.取一個炒鍋 ，放入一些油 ，把金針菇卷一個一個放下去煎 ，一麵煎軟後翻身煎另一麵 。
4.兩麵都煎好以後 ，加入備好的調味汁 ，撒上小蔥末 ，讓金針卷都裹上湯汁兒 ，就可以了 。
