從河南建業足球俱樂部成立到二十一世紀初，随生王隨生指導前後在建業執教五年多的球事時間，是出重建業足球曆史上執教時間最長的主教練 。退休後 ，大贡他繼續關心河南足球事業和青少年足球事業發展 ，河南發起了“山娃足球”公益項目 ，俱乐把足球的文悼为河種子傳播到中原大地。王隨生指導被球迷譽為“河南足球教父” ，念王南足為河南足球事業做出了重大貢獻 ，随生付出了畢生精力，球事他的出重離去是河南足球的重大損失 。在此 ，河南嵩山龍門足球俱樂部全體同仁懷著萬分沉痛的心情，向王隨生指導的辭世表示深切悼念 ，同時也向他的家人致以最誠摯的關心和哀悼。
