《告知書》顯示 ，案曝中信國安竟然在2009年 、中信重罚2010年 、国安光证2011年 、连续2012年 、年财2013年 、造万2014年、假旧监2015年連續七年財務造假 ，案曝累計虛增利潤總額10.12億元 。中信重罚
2020年5月 ，中信國安因涉嫌信息披露違法違規 ，被證監會立案調查 。經過不到十個月時間 ，證監會調查完畢 。
《告知書》顯示 ，證監會查明 ，中信國安涉嫌違法的事實主要包括 ，披露的《2009年年度報告》《2010年年度報告》《2011年年度報告》《2012年年度報告》《2013年年度報告》《2014年年度報告》中存在虛假記載；披露的《2015年年度報告》中存在虛假記載 。
對此 ，證監會擬決定 ：對中信國安責令改正 ，給予警告 ，並處以60萬元罰款;對9名相關責任人給予警告 ，並分別處以5萬元至30萬元不等罰款 。
