對於中國的本土教練 ，徐根寶說道：“你不能說本土教練不行 ，這麽多外籍教練也沒帶出去；你也不能說領導不重視，事實是非常關心重視；你也不能怪球員 ，球員可能也十分努力了 ，但努力到什麽程度？這可以探討 。”
