1.胡蘿卜土豆洗淨備用 。

4.鍋內放少許油 ，放入胡蘿卜土豆翻炒一下讓它有七八成熟 。
5.炒熟之後再次裝入碗內備用。
6.把醃好的肉末倒進去一起攪拌均勻 。
7.放些澱粉 ，使肉末能夠充分黏住紅蘿卜土豆 。
8.做成一個肉丸子，瑪在碗中備用。
9.鍋內放少許油 ，把肉丸放入鍋內小火慢慢煎 。煎的過程中小心翻動肉丸 ，以免碎 。
10.出鍋咯~~~~快來吃吧 。 。
