7.放些澱粉 ，使肉末能夠充分黏住紅蘿卜土豆 。
8.做成一個肉丸子 ，瑪在碗中備用 。
9.鍋內放少許油 ，把肉丸放入鍋內小火慢慢煎。煎的過程中小心翻動肉丸 ，以免碎 。
