桑一非在2017賽季加盟遼足 ，足无他以隊長身份連續兩個賽季幫助球隊保級 ，桑非不過球隊最終沒能挺過寒冬宣布解散 。仍追球員們遭遇了嚴重的讨辽欠薪情況 。談及目前的宁队情況 ，桑一非表示：“我們拚了命的欠薪保級 ，當初把遼足這支球隊留住了 。新辽俱樂部遇到的足无資金方麵的問題 ，我們也非常理解 。桑非但是我們在那白幹了兩年 ，到現在也沒拿到薪水 。我們也會通過正規的法律途徑追討我們在遼足的工資吧 。”
桑一非上個賽季加盟武漢三鎮，並幫助球隊從中乙衝入中甲 。他們將麵對遼寧沈陽城市這個對手 。麵對這支“新遼足” ，桑一非表示 ：“這支球隊（遼寧沈陽城市）畢竟不是純正的遼足 ，遼足這球隊已經沒有了 。當初我在遼足的時候 ，這支球隊在踢乙級聯賽嘛 ，球隊裏麵的教練和領導都是遼足功勳 。但是我覺得這支球隊跟那個遼足還是有定義上的差別 ，我不會把他當做什麽（遼足） ，我對這支球隊沒特殊情感在裏麵 。”
