北京時間11月24日淩晨 ，曼联歐冠小組賽曼聯2-0比利亞雷亞爾 ，问题本賽季“雙殺”對手完成了複仇 ，所多並鎖定小組頭名出線 。次拯雖然已經成功晉級歐冠淘汰賽 ，记者救球但曼聯近期的曼联狀況並不好，英超遭遇兩連敗 ，问题主帥索爾斯克亞下課，所多新帥遲遲未定 。次拯紅魔陷入窘境，记者救球隊內頭號球星C羅也遭到了諸多口誅筆伐 ，曼联有人將曼聯本賽季的问题問題歸結於C羅的回歸 。對此，所多《曼徹斯特晚報》的次拯曼聯跟隊記者Samuel Luckhurst發文表示 ，C羅並不是球隊的問題 。
這位記者在推特上寫道 ：“又有一位評論員表示C羅是曼聯的問題所在，C羅的進球幫助曼聯在歐冠中拿到了10分 ，他對熱刺的製勝球保住了索帥 ，他讓球隊在對陣紐卡斯爾的比賽中沒有遭遇災難 ，可真是大問題呢 。”
