北京時間3月1日，俄罗在國際足聯與歐足聯對俄羅斯全麵禁賽後，斯足神保诉权俄羅斯足協發聲明回應。协国對於國際足聯和歐足聯對俄羅斯球隊國際禁賽的际足決定，俄羅斯足協堅決不同意。联违留上利

俄羅斯足協聲明：“我們認為這一決定違背了國際體育賽事的背体規範和原則，也違背了體育精神。育精它具有明顯的俄罗歧視性，傷害了無數的斯足神保诉权運動員、教練、协国俱樂部和國家隊的际足雇員，最重要的联违留上利是數百萬俄羅斯和外國球迷，他們的背体利益是國際體育組織必須首先保護的。”

“這種行為正在分裂體育界，育精而體育界一直堅持平等、俄罗相互尊重和獨立於政治的原則。根據國際體育法，我們保留對國際足聯和歐足聯的決定提出上訴的權利。”
