有消息稱 ，计入中超公司將擔負第二階段所有參賽隊伍進入賽區後的运营參賽費用。事實上 ，红里自去年采取賽會製後 ，扣除各隊隻需要負擔往返賽區的中超路費和額外產生的費用 ，到達賽區後規定內的各队吃住訓賽等費用由中超公司統一支付 ，基本是参赛成本从分“拎包入住” 。不過 ，费用各隊所產生的计入參賽費用計入當季中超聯賽運營成本 ，扣除所有成本之後剩餘的运营錢才是中超的分紅 。今年依然如此 。红里
河北隊 、重慶隊 、廣州隊是已知的三支難以為繼的隊伍，在河北隊員工發出願為俱樂部無償工作 ，直至俱樂部情況好轉的懇請書之後 ，重慶隊也發出了公開信 ，對欠薪情況做出說明 ，呼籲各界給予支持 。廣州隊也長時間欠薪 ，據介紹該俱樂部的股權改革有一定進展，由具有國資背景的廣州企業牽頭進行 。
