www.ty42.com 日期:2022-06-03 08:01:00| 評論(已有345847條評論)北京時間6月1日 ，剛剛奪得意甲冠軍的红鸟AC米蘭俱樂部宣布易主，美國紅鳥資本從埃利奧特對衝基金手中正式收購這家意甲豪門 。向埃據米蘭官方透露，利奥兰数這筆交易對俱樂部的特贷估值為12億歐元。
然而據意大利媒體《Calcio e Finanza》的款收消息，在收購米蘭的购米資金上 ，紅鳥資本並不會從銀行獲得貸款 ，熟悉而是红鸟從埃利奧特方麵得到了貸款 。據悉 ，向埃這筆貸款的利奥兰数金額為2到3億歐元 。《Calcio e Finanza》指出 ，特贷這更像是款收埃利奧特給予紅鳥資本的一些福利 ，讓紅鳥資本可以為米蘭的购米收購延期付款 。
《Calcio e Finanza》同時還表示 ，熟悉這筆貸款的利率在6%到7%之間 ，並表示這樣的操作在金融界其實並不少見 。而如果紅鳥資本在未來以超過12億歐元的價格出售米蘭 ，埃利奧特還能從中獲得提成 。
不過這樣的情況不禁讓人聯想起了當初的李哥 ，米蘭的前老板李勇鴻，就是因為向埃利奧特進行了貸款 ，進而因無法償還而交出了俱樂部的所有權 。
