國家隊本期集訓可謂是急招多災多難 ，此前李可 、曹赟参集蔣光太 、張琳芃等人已經因傷或者行程問題缺席集訓 ，20日球隊集結前，又傳出消息，恒大的歸化球員費南多又因為熱身賽拉傷，而缺席本期集訓，據李鐵介紹 ，費南多的拉傷可能需要2-3周時間恢複。
申花目前正在康橋基地進行封閉訓練 ，曹贇定此前也曾經入選過李鐵執教的國家隊 ，並跟隨李鐵出戰過2019年年底的東亞杯足球賽 。不過隨後有比較長一段時間 ，曹贇定並沒有得到國家隊的征召 。此次重回國足 ，曹贇定有機會重新證明自己 ，搭上出戰40強賽的末班車 。而在他入選之後 ，本期國足集訓 ，申花隊的球員名單也增加到了3人 。（搜狐體育裴力）
