Striking out always sucks. Striking out like Josh Fuentes, however, is just straight-up embarrassing.。

Batting for the Hartford Yard Goats (yes, that's a real team) on Friday night against the Binghamton Rumble Ponies (also real) in a minor league game, Fuentes watched the ball slip out of the pitcher's hand.。

Then, for some reason, he swings—and is called out by the umpire. 。

What a way to strike out。

Ouch. The way he slumps over at the end is all of us after doing something stupid. 。

Even worse, that was in the eighth inning, and it was a close game. The Rumble Ponies ended up winning the Double-A contest 5-4, so that was a pretty costly error.
