1.西紅柿切滾刀塊 ,雞蛋打散,西红芥菜切碎,柿鸡蔥切末 ,蛋炒薑切末備用。做法

2.12鍋中放一半的油倒入蔥薑末爆香 。

3.21倒入西紅柿翻炒稍熟盛出 。

4.鍋中再放另一半的油 ,倒入雞蛋。

5.用鍋鏟將雞蛋滑散 ,倒入西紅柿。

6.1把西紅柿雞蛋菜裝盤。

7.2倒入芥菜翻炒,放米酒和鹽炒勻。

8.另起鍋,倒水煮開,下入麵條煮熟。

9.鐵鍋內熱油,倒入煮熟的麵條,加醬油和鹽炒勻 。

10.麵條裝盤上,淋些西紅柿雞蛋芥菜鹵即可。
