15.一勺糖 ，大火煮5min
16.煮到湯汁收一半的時候放入蔥段
17.待湯汁收2/3時候倒入水澱粉，不停攪動到湯汁濃稠
18.起鍋，把肉絲澆到真姬菇絲上
