張玉寧在個人社交媒體寫道 ：這是斥喷我們疫情後第6次歸國隔離 ，這次在海南封閉21天 ，想用中午36度直曬11:00在訓練 ，和干就憑你截取了熱身的张玉視頻就可以煽動不明真相的人隨意嘲諷我們 ，你們是宁晒有多麽無知 ？標榜自己“獨立之精神，自由之思想” ，图怒你真的配得上 。
對了還要告訴你們 ，我依然每天堅持吃海參 ，感覺很好 ，以後想要血口噴人的直接找這條微博 ，我會耐心解答你們對於加強身體對抗的疑惑 ，也可以麵對麵與你交流如何增強對抗能力 。
