北京時間12月28日 ，官方西甲豪門巴塞羅那官方宣布 ，巴萨從曼城簽下西班牙國腳費蘭-托雷斯 。宣布據此前媒體的签下報道 ，雙方將簽訂一份為期5年的费兰合同 ，巴薩將為費蘭-托雷斯支付5500萬歐固定+1000萬歐浮動的官方轉會費。
費蘭-托雷斯現年21歲 ，巴萨西班牙國腳 ，宣布司職右邊鋒 ，签下同時也可以出任中鋒和左邊鋒 ，费兰是官方鋒線上的萬金油球員 。費蘭-托雷斯出道於瓦倫西亞俱樂部 ，巴萨2018年一月升入蝙蝠軍團一線隊 。宣布2020年夏天 ，签下曼城斥資2800萬歐元簽下費蘭-托雷斯 ，费兰而當時他的《轉會市場》身價為4500萬歐元 。
