賽後曼聯主帥朗尼克表示 ：“萬-比薩卡有兩處受傷 ：一處是广告膝蓋 ，一處是牌被手腕 。我們需要在周六前繼續觀察他的傷勢情況 。”本場比賽曼聯的丟球也和萬-比薩卡有一定關係 ，當時他在後場沒有接到範德貝克的傳球 ，年輕人球員裏德斷球後遠射破門。
