It's Tuesday, June 12, the day E3 2018 proper kicks off. And like clockwork, Nintendo zoomed in right before the show floor opened to try to steal everyone's thunder.。

The publisher brought its expected crowd-pleasers -- looks at Metroid and Super Smash Bros., obviously -- but there were plenty of smaller announcements that should delight fans just as much.。

We don't know anything about this mech game from Marvelous Entertainment that's coming to Switch. But it sure does look pretty, and this trailer is awash with heavy metal power chords.。
