北京時間1月24日 ，吕迪在切爾西2-0戰勝熱刺的格遭比賽中 ，藍軍鐵衛呂迪格被球迷扔出的开瓶開瓶器與打火機擊中 ，賽後 ，器打主帥圖赫爾表達了對於球迷情緒化行為的火机赫擔憂。
在呂迪格被熱刺球迷投擲的砸图制止种事雜物擊中後 ，他立刻知會了當值主裁判這一點，尽快但是吕迪這一事件並沒有進一步的擴大化 。
無獨有偶 ，格遭在周末埃弗頓與維拉的开瓶比賽中 ，剛剛自太妃糖轉會維拉並在比賽中獻上助攻的器打迪涅也被球迷投擲的雜物擊中 。
賽後，火机赫切爾西主帥圖赫爾表示了擔憂 ：“如果說這是砸图制止种事一個新的趨勢的話 ，我們應該采取共同行動 ，尽快盡快的吕迪阻止它蔓延下去 ，以保護比賽的環境和氛圍。”
“我很喜歡球迷座位靠近球場 ，他們不在隔離網後麵 ，這使得比賽的氛圍會很棒 。總的來說 ，我並不是特別擔心，我喜歡這樣的氣氛。”
熱刺主帥孔蒂則表示 ，他並不知道有任何物體被扔了出去，但俱樂部方麵則誓言要調查並終止這種不良行為 。
熱刺的發言人表示 ：“我們將和切爾西一起檢查錄像 ，並采取適當的行動。”
