賽後毛毅軍表示：“感謝隊員 ，将失在比分落後的误正情況沒有放棄 ，恭喜汪海健 ，申花打進了中超第一球，主帅包括馬鎮 ，年轻他出場機會比較少 ，心理出現失誤正常，不稳我們場上的定门老隊員一直在鼓勵他，我相信馬鎮也會通過比賽積累經驗，将失希望年輕球員在比賽中更快成長。”
換上汪海健的原因 ？毛毅軍表示：“希望加強進攻 ，撤掉一個防守型後腰，加強進攻的信號，汪海健也沒有辜負教練組的期望。”
賽前發布會馬鎮說高空球需要改進 ，是不是也是比較殘酷 ？毛毅軍表示：“年輕球員的不穩定 ，最大還是心理層麵 ，隻有通過比賽不斷積累，讓他們經曆更多 ，心理才會更穩定。”
今天球隊進行了變陣 ，是否達到預期 ？毛毅軍表示 ：“陣型略微有所調整 ，也是根據對手的特點 ，陣型準備比較充分，場上千變萬化 ，這都是正常的。”
年輕球員有失誤 ，有進球，對他們的心態調整 ，有什麽建議 ？毛毅軍表示 ：“賽前我們會做一些鼓勵和疏導 ，給他們一些建議 ，他們隻有通過在比賽中遇到問題 ，積累經驗，心理上才會不斷強大 ，我們老隊員也在幫助老隊員 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
