據悉，考虑奧斯卡考慮與上海海港終止合同 ，还走海港合同以恢複自由身加盟弗拉門戈。曝奥現在 ，不想他想留在巴西踢球 ，年底對於薪資已經沒有太大的中国终止要求 。
此前 ，考虑奧斯卡非常接近加盟弗拉門戈，还走海港合同但由於上海海港足球俱樂部並不願意放人 ，曝奥沒有簽署最終的不想轉會文件 ，因此交易未能生效 。目前 ，奧斯卡留在巴西國內處理家庭事務，期間他屬於停薪留職狀態 ，海港俱樂部將為其保留球隊位置 ，等到年底雙方再協商 。
