3.鍋內倒花生油 ，放入蔥花醬沫兒熗鍋 。
4.放入西紅柿 ，煸炒 。
5.將牛肉放進西紅柿裏麵 ，讓西紅柿的味道進入牛肉裏麵 。
6.再將土豆放進去，一起燉 。
7.放入鹽味精 ，大概燉8分鍾左右 ，直至土豆麵了即可出鍋 。
8.不要把湯都燒沒 ，留一些就這米板吃肥腸可口的。
