博格巴在輸給利物浦的今夏将离比賽中受傷退場 。朗尼克在對阿森納的朗尼联賽前透露 ：“我們昨天的掃描結果顯示，他本賽季不太可能出場了 。克博开醫生告訴我他至少需要四周才能康複 ，格巴由於最後一場比賽是因伤五月底 ，他再次出場的赛季可能性不大 。”
