1.準備材料
2.12葡萄幹 、越蔓莓幹洗淨用熱水泡軟後用朗姆酒泡10分鍾 。朗姆
3.21香蕉豎著從中間切開。
4.不粘鍋中放入黃油，小火熔化黃油 。朗姆
5.將白砂糖放入熬至焦糖色 。
6.放入切開的香蕉 ，煎好一麵後再翻麵煎至表麵綿軟焦黃。
7.加入葡萄幹和朗姆酒 。
8.用打火機點燃鍋中的朗姆酒 ，火熄滅後輕輕轉動鍋子 ，撒上少許杏仁片出鍋趁熱食用 。
