1.準備材料

3.21香蕉豎著從中間切開 。
4.不粘鍋中放入黃油 ，小火熔化黃油。朗姆
5.將白砂糖放入熬至焦糖色 。
6.放入切開的香蕉 ，煎好一麵後再翻麵煎至表麵綿軟焦黃 。
7.加入葡萄幹和朗姆酒 。
8.用打火機點燃鍋中的朗姆酒 ，火熄滅後輕輕轉動鍋子 ，撒上少許杏仁片出鍋趁熱食用 。
