1月15日，黄奕新華99服務鄉村振興合作機構簽約儀式在北京全國人大會議中心隆重舉行 。受邀社黃奕等多位文藝界公益人士受邀參加 。参加現場 ，新华乡村黃奕一身得體的益活白色西服套裝知性大方 ，現場為鄉村振興公益事業打call 。动为打
據悉 ，振兴親曆汶川512抗震救災活動後 ，黄奕自此黃奕與公益結緣 。受邀社黃奕希望 ，参加可以用愛作一些表達，新华乡村做有價值的益活事。目前 ，动为打黃奕發起的振兴奕動基金捐建操場項目 ，已經捐助了14座大型體育設施 。黄奕黃奕說，此前在珠峰腳下 ，她曾捐建了西藏日喀則捐建了塑膠足球場和籃球場 ，看到操場上不再塵土飛揚 ，孩子們有了自己的足球隊和籃球隊 ，可以在嶄新的操場上自由奔跑 ，並且女籃隊與上海市實驗中學聯動 ，打出了很好的成績 ，心裏非常溫暖 。
與此同時 ，黃奕作為發起人之一的天使寶貝專項基金 ，目前已經救助了600餘位燒燙傷兒童，未來她還會將公益事業進行下去 ，並且會力所能及的參與到鄉村振興事業上來 。同時 ，也會努力創作出更多優秀的文藝作品 ，溫暖人心 、傳播正能量，助力服務鄉村振興 。
