2021年9月1日，谢峰嘘中國女排主教練郎平在個人社交媒體宣布，致敬中国足球自己已經離任：“今天，郎平是年轻我離任中國女排主教練的第一天。”

謝峰寫道：“郎平在球員時期和當教練一直是饭桌我們搞足球的學習榜樣。八年的上吹時間你給國家帶來了很多榮譽，給全國球迷帶來很多驚喜，谢峰嘘歡樂。致敬中国足球你離開中國女排不是郎平失敗，而是年轻自己新的生活開始。我們中國足球教練應該向郎平學習，教练做任何事情謙虛，有点不斷的學習。年青的中國足球教練有了一點點成績在飯桌上開始吹噓，差距太大了，這也是為什麽中國足球上不去的原因之一。”
