剛出生的小寶寶 ，臍窩裏經常有分泌物，分泌物幹燥後，會使臍窩和臍帶的根部發生粘連，不容易清潔 ，臍窩裏可能會出現膿液。所以 ，要徹底清潔小臍窩 。方法是 ：每天用棉簽蘸上75%的酒精 ，一隻手輕輕提起臍帶的結紮線 ，另一隻手用酒精棉簽仔細在臍窩和臍帶根部細細擦拭 ，使臍帶不再與臍窩粘連。隨後 ，再用新的酒精棉簽從臍窩中心向外轉圈擦拭 。清潔後別忘記把提過的結紮線也用酒精消消毒 。
