5.直到沒有水分 ，雞肉開始出油就可以加入料酒翻炒 ，蚝焖等料酒揮發掉後加入適量的做法醬油 、鹽繼續翻炒 ，鱼干最後加入1500毫升的蚝焖水
6.另外起煮鍋 ，將泡好的做法鮑魚仔和蠔翻炒將水分揮發掉 ，且鮑魚仔和蠔表麵炒至金黃色後加入適量的料酒去腥。
7.最後把步驟5的雞肉加入和步驟6的鮑魚 、蠔一起燜
8.蓋上鍋蓋 ，文火燜至收汁即可 ，大概半個小時吧
9.收汁就可以關火了
