伴隨著國足主帥李鐵的铁三下課 ，國家隊管理層也麵臨人事調整 ，传国今日傳出消息 ，足领张贺國足領隊一職也將進行調整 ，队职调整領隊張賀離職 ，进行戚軍將接替張賀 ，离任成為國家隊的望接新領隊 ，種種跡象表明 ，铁三這一人事變動的传国可能性不小 。
戚軍目前擔任中國足協戰略規劃部部長 ，足领张贺此前戚軍還長期擔任中國足協競賽部部長 。队职调整今年的进行女足奧預賽 、男足40強賽和12強賽 ，离任戚軍都是望接衝鋒在前 ，擔任整個中國代表團防疫組組長一職 ，铁三中國代表團自始至終保持防疫高壓態勢，最終確保能夠零感染完成全部賽事，戚軍功勞不小 。
值得一提的是，戚軍本人生活自律，熱愛運動 ，尤其是鐵人三項運動 ，在協會內部有“鐵人”之稱 。
近期中國男女足都進行大幅度人員調整 ，女足水慶霞接手之後，一名直接來自體育總局相關部門的領導有望成為球隊的新領隊 。（搜狐體育 裴力）
