日媒表示 ，明年日本隊在埼玉體育場進行的主场战国足场比賽擁有超高的勝率 ，可以說是馆确日本男足的“聖地” 。此前，埼玉日本隊在埼玉體育場進行的体育世界杯預選賽的比賽中，獲得了21勝3平1負的场进戰績 。
值得一提的日媒日本是 ，埼玉體育場始建於2001年 ，可容納觀眾62000人 ，是2002年世界杯的主體育場之一 ，已經承辦了包括東京奧運會在內的多項重大體育賽事 。
