5.將肉餡鋪滿整張麵皮上 ，寬頭出不放肉餡
6.一層一層疊起來
7.最後封口
8.用手按扁按長一些 ，鍋中放少許底油小火煎製
9.待兩麵都煎至金黃色就可以出鍋 ，切成三角形就可以吃啦
