11.清水內兌入少許麵粉攪成麵湯,清水和麵粉的比例為10:1。

12.餃子底部煎出焦黃的硬皮後,加入麵粉水 ,水位達到餃子的三分之一處為宜。

13.蓋上鍋蓋中小火繼續煎,煎至水分變幹,看到麵粉水已凝固成雪花狀。

14.翻個麵繼續煎一小會兒即可關火 ,出鍋裝盤。
